Mission Statement:
The Workforce Development Committee of the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio is dedicated to cultivating a skilled, diverse, and innovative workforce in residential construction. Our mission is to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, ensuring the sustainable growth of our industry and community. Through strategic partnerships, educational programs, and advocacy, we commit to empowering individuals with the tools and knowledge necessary for successful careers in construction, thereby enhancing the quality, efficiency, and accessibility of housing in our region.

Meetings:
The Council meets the first Thursday of each month from 9:30-11am at the corporate offices of the Strait and Lamp Group (2500 Corporate Exchange Dr. Ste. 200 Columbus)
