Ready to serve up some fun? Join us for our First Annual Pickleball Tournament. This is a casual, high-energy networking event where competition meets camaraderie. The BIA Golf Classic is one of our most anticipated events of the year. It brings together builders, developers, and partners for a day of friendly competition and meaningful conversation. A beloved tradition since the 1950s, the BIA Parade of Homes remains the premier showcase for new homes, townhomes, apartments, and community developments throughout Central Ohio. Unlike traditional tours, this Parade spans multiple communities, giving participants more flexibility and visibility than ever before.

Builders and developers can feature homes in a wide range of price points, and associate members can benefit from co-marketing and sponsorship opportunities that elevate your brand through:

  • TV, print, and digital media exposure
  • On-site signage
  • Placement in the Parade Guide and consumer bags
  • Sponsored event opportunities

New in 2025: You can now feature vacant lots for $1,500, or $1,000 with multiple submissions. Homes not ready for in-person tours can still be showcased virtually.
