Mission Statement:
The mission of the Workforce Development Committee is to increase the pool of skilled trades in central Ohio to meet the demand in the residential construction industry.

Who We Are:

The Central Ohio local chapters of BIA & NARI created a Joint Workforce Development Committee

We then formed a 501C.3 registered with the Ohio Secretary of State in the name of Build My Future Central Ohio for the purposes of hosting our one-day event and creating other opportunities to connect our members with local schools and training programs in an effort to build employee pipelines.
