Each year the BIA of Central Ohio and its members gather to honor the Elite of home building industry.
Submit applications to be considered for a variety of achievements for individuals and/ or companies for professional achievements, sales, design, and marketing.
SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FALL OF 2025
HOW TO ENTER
1. Review categories and requirements.
2. Complete the entry application online and pay entry fees no later than TBD
* Early bird entry fee is $150 per entry up to January 31st. Entry fees from February 1 - 20 are $250 per entry.
3. Receive entry confirmation email with official entry numbers, forms and instructions on delivering entry materials.
4. Prepare entry materials:
Complete the necessary form with your entry details and statement

Upload required images
- Image Requirements: All Categories – images should be saved at a resolution of approximately w – 1800 x h – 1200. Save all images as JPEG files, 300 ppi.
- Naming of Files: All files should be named with your category number, entry number and sequence number or description.
Once you click the submit button- a thank you page will appear confirming your submission
Remember completed entry materials are due no later than TBD

Categories 1 – 6 Requirements
1. SALES PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR
2. ONLINE SALES COUNSELOR OR TEAM OF THE YEAR
4. MARKETING PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR
5. CUSTOMER SERVICE/ WARRANTY PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR
6. ESCROW/CLOSING PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR
Entries will be judged on positive aspects and measurable work performance.
- Completed Individual Achievement Entry Form with written statement (200 words or less) describing exemplary performance and achievement.
- Digital photo of candidate
