The BIA of Central Ohio announced today its annual Home & CondoQuest will take place April 18-19 and 25-26, noon to 6 p.m. The free open house event gives prospective buyers the chance to scope out the area’s best selection of new homes and condos in neighborhoods all across central Ohio.

City Council unanimously OKs annexation pact

At a third reading of legislation, Pickerington City Council voted unanimously to approve an annexation agreement for the Smith/Sanders properties Feb. 17, which means 36 acres of land located to the southeast of the Refugee and Pickerington roads intersection in Violet Township will annex into the city of Pickerington.

Invalid petition means no City Council primary is needed
