  • Once submitted, Entry system will generate your unique entry serial number(s) per entry. Please indicate this number on the award submission form.
  • Digital entries should be submitted by FTP, or File Sharing service (dropbox) to entries@teampmp.com

Materials for all entries include:

This awards dinner is a ticketed event and preregistration is required

If you have opted to have your tickets mailed, they will be delivered shortly with the U.S. Postal service.

Sales Manager who has shown considerable judgment, initiative, and motivation in order to manage the sales performance and activities of new home communities
 
Marketing professional is responsible for creating, developing, overseeing, coordinating, and managing activities for new home communities. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and supervising marketing team toward creating and maintaining campaigns that target audiences that result in sales of builder communities all within manageable budgets.
 
Sales citations are offered to Realtors who have sold new homes with a total volume beginning at the one million level and increasing in million-dollar increments thereafter. If the applicant is a Realtor/ Builder, at least 50% of the sales volume, units, or dollar amount must be for a builder's product other than the applicant's own. Take advantage of this to recognize your team!
 
Sales citations are offered to Builder Sales Reps who have sold new homes with a total volume beginning at the one million dollar level and increasing in million-dollar increments thereafter. These citations are grouped according to the number of company units built per year
 
Sales citations are offered to loan originators - Candidates must be employed by a BIA associate member and originating new home loans. Transactions must be new home loans. Transactions must be new home loans that closed in the 2021 calendar year.
 
Sales citations are offered to the Title Representatives - Candidate must be employed by a BIA associate member title company and coordinate closings. Transactions must be new home title orders that closed sure the 2021 calendar year.
Entries will be judged on graphic design, creativity, readability and execution.

  • Image requirements up to 8 images of the following: logo in color, logo in black & white and various examples of logo in use. (brochure, signage, letterhead, etc.)
Entries will be judges on concept, creativity, copy, layout overall design, execution and continuity.

Entries will be judged on creativity, design and success of materials developed to gain product interest.

Entries will be judged on overall continuity and effectiveness, impact to stand out from other such programs/campaigns, content, images/words that reflect the message being conveyed. Clear call to action, easy to find method of contact (phone number, web address, etc), overall design and execution in relaying consistent message.

  • One sample each of all promotional items including ad(s), brochure(s), radio ad, TV ad, images of any billboards and/or samples of any other pieces (up to ten pieces)
Entries will be judged on overall continuity and engagement, impact to stand out from other digital media efforts, content, concept, creativity and overall design copy including clear call to action, layout and execution of all digital media campaign elements, overall design and execution in relaying consistent message.
