The BIA has numerous sponsorship opportunities for a variety of different events throughout the year. Those BIA members who have sponsored events or programs can attest to the benefits – reaching your target audience and attaining the satisfaction of seeing your company name in print.
Below is a list of our sponsorship opportunities. We know advertising funds are tight and wanted to provide this to allow you to plan for 2010. We are more than willing to discuss with you any of the events below and look forward to your participation!

General Meetings: January - December
The BIA hosts 4 General Membership Meetings each year, including the annual Economic Forecast, Profit By Association and Inaugural Celebration. Other meetings feature topics and speakers focused on relevant industry topics designed to help your business.

Parade of Homes Preview Party: July
The night before the BIA Parade of Homes officially opens to the public, the Preview Party offers a sneak peek at the Parade homes, food and drinks from Cameron Mitchell's and an awards ceremony honoring the Parade builders. Proceeds benefit Nationwide Children’s Hospital Foundation and BIA Foundation Charities.

Since 1952, the BIA Parade of Homes has been the premier live home show in central Ohio, showcasing the latest in architecture, interior design, technology, outdoor living spaces and landscaping. Building Industry Awards: October

Website/E-mail Advertising
Each month, the BIA's updated website receives approximately 2,000 visits and over 12,000 page views. The website is designed to provide information for consumer and members, and consumers can search the site to get more information about specific BIA members. Whether they are searching for a builder, remodelor, flooring, decorating, etc., they can find who and what they are looking for. Advertising is available on the home page and on internal pages. Your ad can also be included in the Wednesday "Update" e-mail which is sent to all BIA members. Advertisting packages that include both Builder Update magazine and the website are available.

Builder Update Advertising
The BIA's bi-monthly magazine, Builder Update, has a circulation of more than 1,000, including builders, associates and opinion leaders in central Ohio. Builder Update is our only publication that reaches each and every BIA member. The magazine is the cornerstone of our communications to members and features builder and associate member profiles, a legal update, President and Executive Director columns, and information on upcoming BIA events. Reach key decision makers by promoting your products and/or services in this industry publication.

Membership Directory Advertising
The BIA's annual Membership Directory is sent to every BIA builder and associate member once a year. All new members are given a copy of this directory as well. It is common knowledge that the directory is a very important business tool for BIA members, and you will likely find it in either their office or vehicle. Every time a member opens the directory, they will see your ad!
