Parade of Homes Preview Party: June

Builder Update: Builder & Associate Profiles

Builder Update is the official publication of the BIA. This bi-monthly magazine has a circulation of more than 1,000, including builders, associates and opinion leaders in central Ohio. The online version of the magazine is available to an unlimited number of consumers. Builder and associate members can promote their company, products and services with a Member Profile in the magazine.

Builder Update Advertising

Since 1982, Builder Update has focused on sharing information about members and developments in the residential building industry of central Ohio. The magazine currently has a circulation of more than 1,000, including builders, remodelers, developers and service professionals. According to the BIA Communications Audit, 85% of BIA members read Builder Update when it arrives in the mail. An unlimited number of consumers can also read the magazine on the BIA’s website. By advertising in the magazine, you can reach key decision makers.

Membership Directory Advertising

The BIA's annual Membership Directory is sent to every BIA builder and associate member once a year. All new members are given a copy of this directory as well. It is common knowledge that the directory is a very important business tool for BIA members, and you will likely find it in either their office or vehicle. Every time a member opens the directory, they will see your ad!
