Our members are the "Who's Who" of the residential construction industry and now they can be found 24/7 through our searchable online directory. It’s an excellent way for consumers to find BIA members who can either build or provide services for their home. PLUS, all BIA members that are involved in building a Parade house are included in the Parade of Homes Plan Book that is distributed to over 80,000 consumers each year.

Get Involved in a Home Show
Build a home in the Parade of Homes, have your condominiums/townhomes in CondoQuest, show off your awesome remodeling project in the Showcase of Remodeled Homes or exhibit in our Parade exhibitor’s tent. All of these large show events are open to the public and have their own advertising budget which provides for incredible exposure. Legislative Advocacy
This is probably one of the most important benefits you may never even know is taking place. We are constantly reviewing, attending and submitting requests, recommendations and legal opinions to ensure the most advantageous climate and policies for our members. We truly are working for you by interacting with local elected and government officials almost daily as well as keeping ahead of State and National issues that may affect you.
