2017 Parade of Homes kicks off with exclusive Preview Party

The 2017 BIA Parade of Homes launches again this year with its wildly popular Preview Party. This exclusive first look at all the Parade offers guests the opportunity to tour the event’s nine incredible homes before the general public, while enjoying a lively party atmosphere. The Preview Party takes place Thursday, Aug. 31 from 6-10 p.m. with proceeds benefiting the BIA Foundation and Habitat for Humanity-MidOhio charities. Tickets are $85/person ($95 after Aug. 23) and can be purchased at www.BIAparade.com.

Manor Homes named 2017 BIA Parade Foundation Home

The Building Industry Association of central Ohio announced today that this year’s BIA Parade Foundation Home is built by Manor Homes. The 2017 Parade of Homes is slated for Sept. 2-17 at Cheshire Woods in Delaware County and features nine gorgeous homes built by the region’s top builders.
