NPDES CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER GENERAL PERMIT RENEWAL
EARLY STAKEHOLDER OUTREACH VIRTUAL MEETING
The Ohio EPA Division of Surface Water will be holding an EARLY STAKEHOLDER OUTREACH meeting to discuss the upcoming Ohio NPDES Construction Stormwater General Permit renewal process and to invite input. The current permit expires April 22, 2023. The renewal general permit will be the 6th generation of this general permit. Early stakeholder input will assist in formulating the official draft general permit for public comment.
