Optional Councils
Be an Ambassador with the BIA's Optional Councils
If you have special interest in the remodeling industry, or sales and marketing, we invite you to join one of our two special councils.
For a small additional fee, you are able to provide additional leadership and expertise in these areas of interest.
Remodelors Council
The Remodelors Council is responsible for meeting the needs of the professional remodeler, providing educational opportunities, enhancing the image of the industry and equipping remodelers to be more effective in the marketplace. Both remodelers and associate members involved in the remodeling industry are invited to join this council.

Sales & Marketing Council
The Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) enhances the marketing skills of home sales people, helps stimulate the sale of new homes, and provides recognition for the part these people play in the industry.
