For the first time in the history of the BIA Parade of Homes, the hosting community has worked together to develop its own site. Welcome Park is located on a lot next to the golf course, and features a 22-foot gazebo, a putting green, a pond, an interactive play area, and shaded seating. Grove City Parks and Recreation staff will host events in the play area from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12. In addition, the Grove City Library will host a reading circle, also from 6-8 p.m.
Area businesses which contributed to the development of Welcome Park will have representatives on hand to answer questions or provide more information about their products and services. These businesses include:

The Building Industry Association of Central Ohio represents single and multiple family home builders, developers and remodelers in the area. Other members include subcontractors, suppliers and service professionals. Founded in 1943, its primary services include legislative and regulatory representation, development of favorable public perceptions of the industry, promotion of business standards, and support of home ownership. The BIA is the annual sponsor of the Parade of Homes, CondoQuest, and the Showcase of Remodeled Homes.
