Preview Party

The BIA’s annual Parade of Homes Preview Party will take place at Pinnacle in Grove City on Friday, June 8 from 6-10 p.m. This premiere event is intended to give BIA members, spouses, co-workers and friends of the industry a sneak peek at the Parade of Homes before the event officially opens to the public the following day.

Presented by the BIA and Fifth Third Bank, the Preview Party will give attendees the opportunity to tour exquisite Parade homes, featuring diverse architecture and the latest in landscaping and interior design. The highlight of the evening will be the annual BIA awards ceremony. You’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy scrumptious food and drinks catered by Cameron Mitchell Restaurants.

Proceeds of the ticket sales for the evening benefit Children’s Hospital Foundation, BIA Foundation, and Housing Charities. You must present your ticket in order to be admitted to the Preview Party.

You must purchase/pick up your tickets at the BIA office before 12:00 noon on Friday June 8.

The Building Industry Association of Central Ohio represents single and multiple family home builders, developers and remodelers in the area. Other members include subcontractors, suppliers and service professionals. Founded in 1943, its primary services include legislative and regulatory representation, development of favorable public perceptions of the industry, promotion of business standards, and support of home ownership.
